CNC Turned & Machined Parts
Produced to your requirements in a wide range of materials and sizes. Specialising in stainless steel.
Manual Turning & Milling
For the production of prototypes, small batches or tooling.
Brackets & Latch/Flange Plates
Brackets can be produced from varying materials and up to 3mm thick in varying designs to suit.
Latch/Flange plates up to 25mm thick in mild & stainless steel and 30mm in aluminium.
Tig Welding & Assembly
We can offer aluminium and stainless steel tig welding and assembly processes to complete your service.
Presswork
Press work undertaken using hand, fly and power presses. Tooling manufactured in house to suit your requirements. Innovative solutions used to cut time and cost of press tools for low volume work.
Fabrication
Small and medium sized fabrication work undertaken.
Sub Contract Services
We also offer laser cutting, furnace brazing, finishing (including de-burring, degreasing & polishing) and plating as part of our sub contract services to our customers.
